Template customization starts with one of our Showit templates from The Coastal Edit. I’ll update it with your brand colors, fonts, photos, and copy to make it uniquely yours. A custom website design is built from scratch, tailored completely to your business.
Do I need to purchase the template separately?
Yes — the template is purchased from The Coastal Edit shop, and the customization fee is a separate service. This gives you full ownership of your template and license.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
You’ll need your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), your website copy, and your photos. Don’t worry — I’ll guide you with a checklist so you know exactly what to prepare.
How long does the customization process take?
Most template customizations are completed within one week once I have all of your materials ready to go.
Can I request changes to the layout?
Yes — minor layout adjustments are included (like moving sections, changing button styles, or swapping layouts between pages). If you’d like more in-depth changes, I can provide a custom quote.
What’s not included in template customization?
Extensive copywriting, logo/brand design, or ongoing site updates aren’t included. But if you need extra support, you can add on one of my retainer packages or book a Design Intensive.
