How is this different from custom website design?

Template customization starts with an existing Showit template and fits it to your brand, photos, and copy. Custom design starts from a blank page. If that sounds closer to what you need, explore custom design at Salt & Spruce Creative.
Do I need to buy the template separately?

Yes. You purchase the template from The Coastal Edit, and customization is a separate service. You own the template and its license.
Can you customize a template from another designer?

Customization through The Coastal Edit is for my own templates. If you have a template from another designer, I offer customization through Salt & Spruce Creative.
What do I need before we start?

Your logo, brand colors and fonts, website copy, and photos. I'll send a checklist so you know exactly what to gather.
How long does it take?

Most customizations are finished within one week once I have all of your materials.
Can I request layout changes?

Minor adjustments are included, such as moving sections, changing button styles, or swapping layouts between pages. For larger changes, I'm happy to send a custom quote.
What isn't included?

Extensive copywriting, logo or brand design, and ongoing site updates. If you need a brand, the semi-custom brand kits in The Coastal Edit pair well with any template.
Is support available after launch?

The Works includes one month of launch support. Ongoing support is available if you need it.
